This department is aimed at analyzing the structural and organizational aspects of the required feasibility studies which almost include:
      • Determining the appropriate legal form of the project.
      • Laying down job & organizational chart.
      • Determining of needed manpower together with cost estimation
      • Principal job description
      • Determining the project requirements as regards all other organizational tools

It also works in collaboration with the other departments to formulate the project strategies, working out of its goals & targets, preparation of work policies and regulations (personnel regulation, warehouses & procurement regulation, financial regulations etc.) in addition to studying all means of developing the projects besides organizing of training course in the fields of feasibility studies & development of human resources.

The Market Studies Department is responsible for preparing all market related studies such as feasibility studies, detailed market studies of the new projects or expansion of the existing projects by concentrating on the following:

      • Identifying and analyzing of supply and demand.
      • Identifying the market prospects.
      • Designing of market strategy
      • Working out the appropriate quotation policy

The Industrial & Engineering Studies Department will be handling the technical and engineering aspects of the required feasibility studies which are:
  • Studying of available production methods, and accordingly identifying the appropriate production technology and description of production operation sequences.
  • Determining principal and auxiliary raw-materials, together with estimation of their quantities, prices, resources and availability.
  • Working out of appropriate production plans.
  • Determining of required area for new projects or expansion of the existing ones. Determining of required project's buildings with estimation of their costs and drawing out initial plans to them.
  • Laying out the project draft and determining all its operational requirements such as office equipment, transport facilities etc.
  • Determining the required public utilities of the project (water, power, fuel etc.) with estimation of their cost, resources and how to make them available.
  • Suggesting of the needed manpower
  • Working out of a time schedule for the project execution.
  • Suggesting of suitable industrial strategy.
